Facebook owns all top four social apps by weekly active usage (WAU) penetration, with core platform Facebook maintaining its lead with XXX of consumers using the platform weekly in XXX 2018. WhatsApp comes in second with XXX WAU and Facebook Messenger and Instagram complete the top four, with XXX and XXX WAU respectively. The first non-Facebook ranking app is Twitter with only XXX WAU.
