The brief
MIDiA were commissioned to conduct a pricing and packaging survey to evaluate sports fans’ willingness to pay for access to VOD.
The approach
We conducted a tailored survey using the Gabor-Granger pricing methodology to assess consumer willingness to pay across a range of proposed price points. Our analysis modeled adoption rates and projected revenue for each scenario, identifying the optimal price to maximize revenue. In addition to pricing, we evaluated segment-level preferences for different subscription models and discount strategies, delivering a data-driven pricing strategy aligned with the client’s medium-term goal of increasing subscriber adoption.
